Baruchim ha'baim!

Divrei.org is dedicated to one thing -- harbotzos haTorah. We have been so blessed to have many gedolim who were both prolific writers and great thinkers. So many of the great concepts of our gedolim are waiting for us to learn and grow from, yet so often, they are locked inside almost-forgotten sefarim or long-since-delivered drashos.  Divrei is one attempt to bring these gems to the attention of the Torah public.  I hope to add new Divrei every week.

As you can see, Divrei is divided by sefer, and in turn by parsha.  Each essay reflects a deeper look into a Torah thought, going beyond a simple vort, into hopefully a concept that, if absorbed can change one's life for the better.  There is also a special section for yamim tovim, as well as a small-but-growing collection of recorded shiurim in WAV format.  In addition, there is a haskomah from HaRav Aharon Feldman, shlit"a, Rosh Hayeshiva of Ner Israel.

Divrei literally translates as "words of."  Words of what?  As Chazal have repeatedly told us, the Torah never ends.  There are always deeper levels of meaning awaiting those who search.  Therefore, even though every essay here has been reviewed by myself many times, as well as by a talmid chacham (who insists upon staying anonymous), at the end of every one, there is a feedback link, which enables you, the reader, to make helpful comments and suggestions.  Please feel free to use it.  In addition, please feel free to download and reprint Divrei; just cite your source.

Note: As of June 3, '07, the feedback link is down.  Please email me at raphael.waldman@hotmail.com.

May we all merit to see the day when Torah knowledge fills the world, like the ocean over the sea.

Shema Yisrael Torah Network is best known for its Shulchan Aruch Learning Project, but there is so much more.

DivreiTorah.co.uk - Spreading Torah and inspiring others to do the same.

Frum Community - An online portal where the Orthodox community meets & interacts online.

TorahSearch.com - Online Torah Search Engine.

If any readers have suggestions for this list, please let me know through Feedback.
